Liliana Rouskovska is an author of training courses methodologies, which are conducted as a lectures and trainings by her. She has also written books in the field of educational psychology: "How to make the child unhappy" ("It's Your Choice"), "Walking in the shoes of the child" ("Art to educate"), "How to make a man miserable" ("The Art of Being Woman"), children books.

She is a student of the world-famous psychologist Edward de Bono - the creator of lateral thinking. In 1985 she mastered, personally by him, the ability to teach techniques and approaches for consciously creative thinking. She has educated and trained on this techniques and approaches, students of all ages for more that 30 years.

She is a lecturer in the "Modern Methods of Thinking" in Modern Academy of Arts"Syndicate".

Pavel is a master in Bulgarian philology. He is a manager of Vita Verde. Pavel had been working as a journalist, manager, teacher and a trainer. 6 years he is part of Maritza Municipality (2006 - 2011) where he worked as a head of the PR department and coordinator of different projects. He had been part of the Municipal foundation "Plovdiv 2019".

As part of Maritza Municipality, member of "Orpheus" Foundation and Salve Team he participated in writing, developing and reporting of projects with over 23 million levs budget.
